The Battle of Harper's Letter
In case you missed it, a whole bunch of big names, mostly on the left side of the political spectrum, signed a letter defending freedom of expression, declaring:
it is now all too common to hear calls for swift and severe retribution in response to perceived transgressions of speech and thought.
