WEEKLY REPUBLICAN ADDRESS: THE PRESIDENT’S IRAN DEAL MAKES THE WORLD LESS SAFE August 29, 2015 | Speaker Boehner's Press Office   WASHINGTON, DC  – Delivering the Weekly Republican Address, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) lays out a detailed case for why the president’s nuclear agreement with Iran makes the world less safe.  Royce recently introduced a resolution that prevents implementation of the agreement.  The House will vote on the matter next month. If this agreement goes through, Iran gets a cash bonanza, it gets a boost to its international standing, and a path toward nuclear weapons,”  Royce says in the address.   “This deal is deeply flawed.  It makes the world less safe.  We can – and must – do better.” Royce has been chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee since January 2013, and is in his 12th term representing California’s 39th District.
