CLASHDAILY.COM 3 Hours Ago BREAKING: According to TheExaminer.com Rebels admit gas attack result of mishandling chemical weapons In a report that is sure to be considered blockbuster news, the rebels told Dale Gavlak, a reporter who has written for the Associated Press, NPR and BBC, they are responsible for the  chemical attack  last week. Gavlak is a Middle Eastern journalist who filed the report about the rebels claiming responsibility on the Mint Press News website, which is affiliated with AP. In that report allegedly the rebels told him the chemical attack was a result of mishandling chemical weapons. This news should deflate the accusations, against the  Assad  regime, coming from the U.S., Britain, France and the Arab League. Since the chemical attacks last week, the Assad government was immediately blamed. On Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry said: That Assad's guilt was "a judgment already clear to the world," according to  theguardian.com . As a result of

Obama Hits Golf Course After Announcing National Emergency

BREITBART.COM 2 Hours Ago Obama Hits Golf Course After Announcing National Emergency by  Mike Flynn by  Mike Flynn  31 Aug 2013, 1:01 PM PDT  post a comment I'm not an expert in foreign policy, but I can think of a few things a President ought to do after requesting authority for a military strike on a sovereign nation. There are probably some Congressional leaders who ought to be briefed. There are likely one or two world leaders who would appreciate a chat about the US plans. No doubt generals in the military would have a thought or two about how things should proceed. An hour after announcing a potential new military venture in the Middle East, with unknown consequences, "5 Wood or 2 Iron" is the last thing I want on a President's mind. Obama asks Congress to authorize Syrian strike

Image
DAILYCALLER.COM 33 Minutes Ago Obama asks Congress to authorize Syrian strike by  Neil Munro Tweet President Barack Obama announced on Saturday that he has decided to strike the Syrian military in retaliation for its nerve gas attack on civilians — but that he'll wait for Congressional authorization before launching an attack. "I'm ready to act in the face of this outrage," he said. "Today, I'm asking Congress to send a message to the rest of the world that we are ready to move together." "I have the authority to carry out this military action…. [and] I know the country will be stronger if we take this course and our actions will be more effective" if it is approved by Congress, he said in a short statement delivered at the White House's Rose Garden. Obama said congressional leaders have agreed to hold a debate after Congress returns from its August recess on September 9. That's important for Obama, since he's facing opposition fro

Governor Sarah Palin Lays Out Her Powerful Case AGAINST Attacking Syria

THESPEECHATIMEFORCHOOSING.WORDPRESS.COM 1 Hour Ago Governor Sarah Palin Lays Out Her Powerful Case AGAINST Attacking Syria " So we're bombing Syria because Syria is bombing Syria? And I'm the idiot? " – Sarah Palin By Gary P Jackson Governor Sarah Palin rips President Obama a new one regarding his plans to attack Syria. A disastrous plan, that has absolutely no support from other nations around the world, and little support here at home. This isn't the first time Governor Palin has been critical of the Obama regime's foreign policy. In April of 2011 she  warned Obama about getting involved in Libya , and again  in October of that year , all of this before Obama and Hillary Clinton's bungling led to the slaughter of four brave Americans in Bengazi. Governor Palin asks Obama if he hasn't learned that WAGs [wild ass guesses] don't work in war! From  Facebook : [emphasis mine] LET ALLAH SORT IT OUT " So we're bombing Syria because Syria is bo

Obama uses phrase 'my military'; blood pressures rise!

Image
BIZPACREVIEW.COM 4 Hours Ago Obama uses phrase 'my military'; blood pressures rise! by  Joe Saunders When it comes to an attack on Syria,  President Obama  gave the egotistical game away Friday when he referred to U.S. armed forces as "my military" during a White House news conference explaining the pending action. "…  I have had my military  and our team look at a wide range of options," he said. "We have consulted with allies. We've consulted with Congress …" (Check out the video below) Bad move. A guy who ticked off half the country last year when he told Americans who own successful businesses  " you didn't build that " looks pretty hollow claiming ownership over something the country inarguably built collectively. And it didn't take long for Twitter to come alive: Obamaphiles used to making excuses for His Eloquence will probably call it a slip of the tongue, but considering it was followed immediately by "our team,

Articles: The Aftermath of the George Zimmerman Case, Part 1: The Trial, the Evidence and the Verdict

Image
AMERICANTHINKER.COM 7 Hours Ago Articles: The Aftermath of the George Zimmerman Case, Part 1: The Trial, the Evidence and the Verdict by  Jonathan Cohen The aftermath of the verdict in the George Zimmerman case has been as depressing as the actions and atmosphere during the 17 months preceding the trial. The misuse of state power for political purposes and the deliberate misleading of the public by much of the media concerning the facts of the case pre-trial, has been matched in the aftermath by the threats by the US Department of Justice to retry the case in Federal Court and the refusal by many politicians and members of the press to explain the verdict as stemming from the evidence presented at trial. The collection of witness testimony, physical evidence and the forensic evaluation of the gunshot wound that clearly pointed towards Zimmerman's innocence. In coming to grips with the verdict's implications one must begin with an understanding of the actual evidence in the cas
