Big Day For Supreme Court It was a big day for the Supreme Court today and a good day for freedom-loving Americans in the face of growing government tyranny. The big decision was that of Hobby Lobby challenging the ObamaCare contraception mandate. In a 5-4 decision , the court ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby, stating that closely held corporations cannot be required to provide contraception coverage. What exactly does that mean? The scope of the decision is specific to a "closely held corporation" like Hobby Lobby, which is defined by the IRS as: Having more than 50% of the value of its outstanding stock owned (directly or indirectly) by 5 or fewer individuals at any time during the last half of the tax year; and Is not a personal service corporation.
