A sinister bill is making its way through the Illinois legislature…
…and if it passes, it’s only a matter of time before other states – blue, purple, and red alike – adopt this policy.
Illinois House Bill 4876 would change the definition of “abused child” to include minors whose parents object to their children receiving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, transgender surgeries, and abortions.
It also conveniently shields doctors from liability if they prescribe these treatments to minors without parental consent.

And all three regret the “gender affirming care” inflicted upon them.
Now the state of Illinois wants to put thousands of kids in their position – but without the opportunity to later file a medical negligence lawsuit against predatory doctors.
This is SICK.
And worst of all, this bill gives the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) the power to remove children from their homes based on their new definition of an “abused child.”

Illinois law already classifies child abuse as a criminal offense ranging from a misdemeanor that carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison and a $2,500 fine to a felony that can carry up to $25,000 in fines and 15 years behind bars.
No concerned parent should risk prison time for doing right by their own children.
