Enough is enough

The Heritage Foundation

Dear John,

The past five years of liberal rule have proved time and again that bigger government does not work. These past five years have proved that liberal ideas are bad ideas.

Is it right for your government to force you to choose between upholding your values and following the law? Is it right for your elected officials follow a different set of rules than you do? Is it right that your leaders think the solution to the debt is more and more spending? Is it right for the administration to act as if the Constitution of the United States were a mere artifact?

The scary truth is, we are in danger of becoming a country whose government is no longer "of the people, by the people, for the people."

Enough is enough.

As we approach 2014 and the pivotal midterm elections, we have to fight back. So it's imperative that conservatives around the country have both the intellectual firepower to counter liberal propaganda and an arsenal of proven solutions. The Heritage Foundation offers both.

With your year-end gift to Heritage, you can help promote conservative ideas during an important election year. Your tax-deductible gift will help us advance the ideals that made America great and give us the resources to move our message forward in 2014.

Find out more about making a year-end donation to advance your principles.

Thank you for all you do and for your support of the conservative cause.

Sincerely,

Jim DeMint
President
