We are just $2,200 away from our goal of raising $7,000 to help Cut to the News continue! 98 readers have already contributed, and if you are one of them, I thank you sincerely.
But here's the problem. The fundraiser ends tomorrow, and we are still short. And while having 90 readers donate is very gratifying, it still is less than 1 in 30 of those who not only subscribe, but who read it regularly.
If you enjoy Cut to the News, I need your help. There currently are no ads on the site; your contributions are the only source of revenue to cover costs such as hosting, software, equipment, attorneys, and the hours it takes to read through the noise so you don't have to.
Your donations will also go toward helping me expand our readership and eventually develop similar products I think you will find exciting and useful. And it's even easier to give now, I've added options to use PayPal and Venmo.
If you've been meaning to contribute but haven't gotten around to it, today is the day. Tomorrow is the last day of the drive, and I'd rather walk into it over the finish line than scrambling to close the gap.
