Cabin fever strikes!

Nationalreview.com

Dear NR Friend,

In the last two weeks, over 30 cabins have been booked on the National Review 2014 Post-Election Cruise: that's the conservative event of the year, scheduled to sail November 9-16 on Royal Caribbean's luxurious Allure of the Seas.

Are you already booked? Great, and thanks. Why not tell your friends about the trip? Tell them to visit http://www.nrcruise.com, which has complete information, and is the place where one can securely reserve a beautiful stateroom.

Not booked? The same applies.

And, since there will be an "inventory readjustment" (cruise industry jargon) on July 7th, which translates that some of the remaining cabins NR holds (in the most affordable categories) will be "returned" (i.e., will no longer be ours to sell), I urge you to act now.

Some incentive: book by the 7th and I will guarantee you dine one evening with one of your top two picks of our editors or special guest speakers.

What am I talking about? On at least two nights during the cruise, and possibly a third, you will dine at a table for 8 (or 10) with our guest speakers and editors. Jonah? John Yoo? Fred Thompson? VDH? Or one of our other 40 speakers? Tell me which ones you really want to dine with, and we will make that happen.

If you book by July 7th.

The intimate dinning is just one of the many exclusives NR offers -- that comes in addition to nine seminars, two "Night Owls," three cocktail receptions, a late-night smoker with H. Upmann cigars, and plenty more. Be assured: the National Review 2014 Post-Election Cruise will be a packed, fun, exciting, insightful, friend-making, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

So don't miss it.

If you want an idea of what this trip will likely mean for you, check out our latest NR magazine ad.

Act now. Visit www.nrcruise.com. Or call the good folks at The Cruise Authority at 1-800-707-1634 (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern). TCA has been helping administer NR's cruise program since 1995! -- they are consumate professionals who can help you reserve a cabin, book a flight, and answer any and all questions you might have.

Feel free to contact me too if you have any questions -- my email is jfowler@nationalreview.com.

Be with us in November on the Allure of the Seas (let's hope, to celebrate!).

Many thanks,
