The Second Amendment: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it's short, to the point, clear! It may be the most debated of the Amendments! I'm not going to. This following piece says what needs to be said far better!
