Did Cornell doctors violate medical standards by "clearing" students for the vax? By: Techno Fog

A short story -

This summer, Cornell University instituted its COVID-19 vaccine mandate, giving students an August 2021 deadline to submit medical or religious exemptions. The students assumed the exemption process would be fair. They couldn’t have been more wrong.

In fact, Cornell instituted what appears to be a process of outright denying or delaying decisions on initial religious and medical exemptions – no matter the reason. Students with religious exemptions were referred to the Cornell chaplain for further discussions.

Students that presented valid medical exemptions were told by Cornell doctors that they were “medically cleared” to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The Cornell doctors made this recommendation despite never seeing or treating the Cornell student, and despite not knowing in detail the student’s medical history.

That sounds an awful lot like a breach of the NY professional medical standards. How can university doctors tell a student they are “medically cleared” for a vaccine – in contravention of the recommendation of the student’s doctor – when they haven’t treated or examined or even spoke with the student?

Fauci FOIA and other matters.

We currently have 40+ FOIA requests pending. The latest one to be answered was a FOIA request for Fauci’s e-mails. While we uncovered no smoking guns, it turns out that Fauci is keeping tabs on some of his biggest critics: Dan Bongino and Robert F. Kennedy’s Children’s Health Defense.

The Ghislaine Maxwell Case

Finally, we get to the Ghislaine Maxwell case. Her trial is set for November 29, 2021. I’ve had a lot of questions about the government’s disclosure to Maxwell of the names of her alleged co-conspirators. While those names are not yet public, one need only look to Epstein’s non-prosecution agreement to see who they might be: “Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova.”

Also, the defense and DOJ propose that the jury questionnaire and proposed juror questions be “filed under seal to avoid media coverage that may prejudice the jury selection process.” If that request is granted, it might take a bit longer to determine who the co-conspirators were. (They would include questions asking the jurors if they know Maxwell, the victims, the co-conspirators, etc.) While that means there will be a delay – we are confident we can get the info if it isn’t released before jury selection.

Finally, watch Joe Rogan expose CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta
