Trump sends 700 Marines to Los Angeles . . . The Trump administration's crackdown culminated in the president's decisive action Monday to deploy a battalion of hundreds of U.S. Marines to respond to anti-immigration enforcement riots, Fox News has learned. "Approximately 700 Marines with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division will seamlessly integrate with the Title 10 forces under Task Force 51 who are protecting federal personnel and federal property in the greater Los Angeles area," U.S. Northern Command said in a statement. Anti-ICE Protests Spread to Texas, San Francisco as L.A. Riots Continue . . . As anti-ICE riots began over the weekend in Los Angeles, involving people throwing objects at law enforcement officials, spray-painting and vandalizing vehicles, and looting businesses, protests have spread to Austin and Dallas, Texas, and San Francisco. A protest against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents with "dozens of people" started on "Dallas' Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge" on Monday night. Breitbart
AG Bondi announces identification of suspect who attacked federal officer . . . Attorney General Pam Bondi said Monday that the suspect accused of assaulting a federal officer. U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli identified Elpidio Reyna as the suspect who was captured on video allegedly throwing rocks at federal officers in Paramount, California. The FBI initially asked for the public's help by offering a $50,000 cash reward for information leading to the man's arrest. He was accused of injuring a federal officer after throwing rocks at law enforcement vehicles, according to the FBI. Fox News

It has been tense at some points, but we haven't seen any violence happening here," CNN correspondent Julia Vargas Jones said as the network showed rioters on motorbikes circling a car on fire in the middle of an intersection. Trump Says Tom Homan Should Arrest Gavin Newsom As Riots In LA Rage . . . President Donald Trump said his border czar, Tom Homan, should arrest Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom as the riots in Los Angeles continue. Newsom dared Homan to arrest him after NBC News aired a clip of the border czar warning that any government official can face federal charges if they obstruct immigration enforcement as wide-scale riots break out across Los Angeles. The Office of Personnel Management tracks when political appointees transition to career positions, and Lucian Sikorskyj did so last September. 113 House Democrats vote against GOP resolution denouncing the antisemitic terrorist attack in Colorado . . . More than 100 House Democrats voted against a Republican resolution condemning the antisemitic terrorist attack in Boulder and Colorado's sanctuary state laws on Monday. The resolution, introduced by Rep. Gabe Evans (R-Colo.), cleared the lower chamber 280-113, with 75 Democrats joining Republicans to pass the measure. Democrats fumed over language in the resolution expressing "gratitude to law enforcement, including US Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel, for protecting the homeland." New York Post

House Eyes 3 Bills to Overrule DC Government . . . In a major rebuke to measures passed by the District of Columbia city government under home rule, the House of Representatives will consider three bills this week that would repeal local laws passed by the D.C. Council. One of the bills seeks to repeal a local law that gave illegal aliens and other noncitizen D.C. residents the right to vote in local elections in the District of Columbia. HR 884 would repeal the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022, which enabled noncitizens to vote in D.C. elections. Daily Signal

Stephen Miller hits Rand Paul over LA unrest . . . A top aide to President Trump took aim at Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Monday over Paul's objections to the president's agenda-setting tax and spending measure while protests are underway in Los Angeles over the administration's immigration crackdown.
"While ICE officers are battling violent mobs in Los Angeles, Rand Paul is trying to cut funding for deportations and border security," White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller wrote in a post on the social platform X. The Hill

Hamas and its terror affiliates in the Gaza Strip plan to attack American aid distribution centers, Telegram messages confirmed by a senior U.S. official show, threatening to draw the United States into direct conflict with Palestinian militant factions. "Resistance security is authorized to firmly confront anyone who cooperates with the enemy or its agents, and agents and mercenaries will be legitimate targets," Hamas affiliates said in a statement issued late Sunday to "Palestinian resistance factions." A school shooting in the Austrian city of Graz leaves 9 people and the suspected gunman dead . . . Nine people were killed in a shooting at a school in the Austrian city of Graz on Tuesday, and the suspected perpetrator also died, authorities said. Police said they believe the assailant acted alone. They said on social network X that 10 people were dead, including the shooter, and "several" were seriously wounded. Mayor Elke Kahr described the events as a "terrible tragedy," the Austria Press Agency reported. It added that the fatalities included students and at least one adult. Associated Press
