Fentanyl's unlikely route

This special report shows that hundreds of millions of small packages pour into the US each year from China – some with fentanyl ingredients stashed inside.

"One of the reasons that the drug cartels are using this circuitous route to move precursor chemicals from China via the United States to Mexico is down to a little known trade legislation that was loosened and that is known as de minimis," Correspondent Drazen Jorgic explains on today's Reuters World News podcast.
