Years of miscalculations by US and NATO left Ukraine massively outgunned

Since Russia seized Crimea in 2014, US and European policymakers have failed to address warnings about the condition of the West's munitions industry. The result: an inability to adequately supply Ukraine with a key weapon, and a shift of the war in Russia's favor.
