Breaking: Supreme Court Dismisses Latest Affordable Care Act Challenge

The Supreme Court dismissed the latest challenge to the Affordable Care Act on Thursday.

A seven-justice majority ruled that the Republican-led states which filed the suit had not suffered the harm that would have given them standing to challenge the legislation.

The narrow ruling did not address the larger issues at play in the case: whether the law can stand without the individual mandate.
