Take part in a historic event. Join us today.

For his entire life, Bill Buckley sought to preserve and buttress the foundations of our free society. To honor his achievement and inspire others, NRI's Board of Trustees created the William F. Buckley Jr. Prizes for Leadership in Political Thought and Leadership in Supporting Liberty.

We are pleased to announce a live, virtual format for this year's Prize Dinner, our "Gala At Home"! Participants will be invited to put on their tuxedos and ball gowns, grab a glass of champagne, and join us for a virtual experience. The program will include opportunities to connect with NR writers and dinner guests and tune into a mix of live remarks and videos from our honorees and dinner co-chairs.

The annual William F. Buckley Jr. Prize Dinner is our most important fundraiser each year, raising critical support for our fellows and for our educational and outreach programs. In a time of immense government growth and routine abandonment of First Principles, NRI is at the forefront of the fight to defend the conservative movement. We need your support in advancing the principles that make our country exceptional—limited government, a strong national defense, individual liberty, free markets, personal responsibility, and the rule of law.

Help us make this year's celebration the most successful gala ever!

How does this work?

  • Registered guests will receive a unique URL to join our virtual platform
  • Guests with a premium ticket or sponsorship will have the option to go on video for an interactive private reception with NR writers and other guests before the gala
  • All guests will be invited to join us for an after-party at the end of the evening
  • The main program will feature remarks from our honorees, a spirited discussion with Rich Lowry and NR writers, and more!

What will you need to join?

  • A computer with a camera and microphone
  • WiFi connection

Optional: to watch on a bigger screen, use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to your T.V.

Don't wait! Sign up today to reserve your spot at our Gala At Home.

Please note: for security reasons, registration will close on September 30, 2020.
