A judge has ordered Broward County board of elections supervisor Brenda Snipes to turn over all of the records requested by Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott by no later than 7p.m. on Friday.

Snipes must allow immediate inspection of records – plus no spoliation of records requested – on or before 7 pm tonight.
