REPORT: Rosenstein to Resign in Anticipation of Firing

Deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein has told Chief of Staff general John Kelly that he is resigning in anticipation of being fired by president Trump, Axios first reported Monday.

Rosenstein reportedly expects Trump to fire him over the recent New York Times report indicating he discussed secretly recording the president in effort to have him impeached.
