There have been quite a few Republicans who have started to lay the groundwork for a 2016 presidential bid. If you are paying attention, it's pretty easy to see who is visiting states like Iowa and New Hampshire and South Carolina. But I dare say that you haven't seen the mainstream media clamoring to anoint any one of them as the 2016 presidential nominee (unless you are Chris Matthews who thinks he's got everything figured out and that Rand Paul will be the GOP nominee). The only person who seems to really be gaining attention is Senator Ted Cruz. But notice that this attention is not to prop him up as an excellent nominee, but rather to tear holes in his credibility. For example, Ted Cruz's birth certificate and his college records have already become issues in the lapdog media. Why earn a paycheck if you can simply get a check from other people who have worked hard to earn that money, only to have it be confiscated and redistributed by the government? The study found that a single mother with two children in New York, collecting everything from food stamps, to WIC, to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families... these women can get benefits worth $38,000. "Someone in New York would have to earn more than $21 per hour to be better off than they would be on welfare." The most extreme example is in Hawaii, where the wage-equivalent value of benefits for a mother and two children is an astounding $60,590. These benefits vary from state to state, but I don't see how our society can function when we are paying people more and more not to work... more Today's "Hot Topic" On The Hannity Forums: A song for Obamacare? - Gidzmo Yes!
