Don't Let the SEC Read My Email
Dear [Decision Maker],
Senator Mike Lee's bill, S. 607, would force government agencies to obtain a warrant in order to search your email.
This bill would protect my Fourth Amendment rights from unreasonable searches and seizures by power-hungry bureaucrats.
But some Senators may seek special exemptions that would give some government agencies special carve-outs, allowing them to illegally search my property in violation of the Constitution.
I urge you to pass S. 607 as is. Don't allow amendments that would weaken my rights.
