The Associated Press reports that a court filing says charges have been dropped against Kevin Paul Curtis, the Mississippi man accused of sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) and others. The one-sentence document was filed hours after the suspect was released on bond.
