Paul's filibuster over drone strikes ends at 13-hour mark

Led by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), the filibuster stretched nearly 13 hours, — with the Senate adjourning shortly before 12:45 a.m. Thursday.
It was aimed at drawing attention to concerns about the administration's use of unmanned aerial drones in its fight against terrorists and whether the government would ever use them in the United States.
