Sen. Mark Warner won't run for Va. governor

Sen. Mark Warner has announced that he won't make another run for Virginia governor. Warner, a Democrat, would have been an instant favorite if he had run, according to a series of recent polls. Warner was governor from 2002 through the start of 2006.
