Gingrich: GOP Needs To Modernize And Adapt
In the last hour of Monday's show, Sean spoke with Newt Gingrich on the NewsMaker Hotline about how the Republican Party can reach Americans with a broad array of cultural and demographic differences. "The fastest way to success," the former Speaker of the House explained, "is to become independent once again. Until we do that our people will be beholden to the government the longer they are on the government dole." This won't be an easy task Newt explained. Republicans have an uphill battle to re-address the people of America and making them understand why it's the right party for them. Newt explained that it is time for the Republican Party to look beyond personality excuses for Mitt Romney's Nov. 6 loss to President Obama and instead "modernize and adapt." "Republicans have to stop and take a deep breath," he said.

The Heart Of The Fiscal Cliff
David Limbaugh, author of the The Great Destroyer, and John Hlinko, founder of Left Action and former Obama strategist, joined Sean to get to the heart of the issues surrounding the fiscal cliff. Limbaugh felt it was preposterous that Democrats are more interested in redistribution and Obamacare than passing an on- time budget. Hlinko interjected and argued that Republicans are no better. Hlinko felt Republicans supported Paul Ryan's budget, who's plan did not balance the budget until 2040. Sean argued that the Ryan plan would have balanced the budget by 2025. The debate became heated when John, Sean and David began discussing party politics and the "blame game" tactics of Democrats where they use Republicans as scapegoats for all of our nation's problems. District Of Corruption
On "Hannity" Sean reviewed the film "District of Corruption" that details the highest level of cronyism in Washington dating back to the Clinton administration. We now have another four years under Obama to look forward to. So, can we anticipate cronyism and corruption until 2016? Sean was joined by the film's writer and director, Steve Bannon, to discuss what we should expect for the next four years. "I think Washington become an imperial city. It's been detached from the American people. I wanted to a film that showed how that happened. How this corruption, how this happened over the last 20 years and particularly how it's culminated in the Obama administration," Bannon explained. Today's "Hot Topic" From The Hannity Forums:
Marxism vs liberalism - is there a difference? - American Way

I posted this question in another thread but thought it deserved its own (it really doesn't, but given some of the other junk that gets posted here, it's not much worse). I'm especially interested in answers from people who use words like Marxist/socialist/communist to describe people like Obama, Pelosi, etc.

>> TV Tonight (Hannity FoxNews at 9pm ET):
Candid, controversial and completely unleashed! It's one hour of pure Sean.
