Luntz: Romney Has The Nomination Sewn Up

Luntz On Romney's Big Primary Wins
Frank Luntz, recently nominated by TIME magazine as one of the most influential people in America, joined Sean via the NewsMaker Hotline to discuss Romney's big wins in the three primaries held yesterday. "Romney has this nomination sewn up," Luntz said bluntly when asked who he thought would win the GOP nomination. "Honestly, I'm looking at other data, specifically in two segments of American society. Women between the ages of 30 and 59 and the Latino vote. Both of these are essential. The Republican Party isn't expected to win either of those groups, but they can't lose them either. I'm watching the female vote deteriorate and I'm watching the Latino vote, which matters in New Mexico, Nevada and Colorado - deteriorate as well." In a USA Today/Gallup Poll, Obama led 51% to Romney's 42% in a survey of likely voters in swing states. However, women under age 50 support the president 60% to Romney's 30%. Among Hispanic voters, support for Romney stood at 14%, according to a March poll by Fox News.

Palin: GOP Race 'Getting Closer To The End'
After Mitt Romney's victories in all three of yesterday's Republican presidential primaries many in the Republican party are calling for the remaining candidates to drop out. Yet Santorum indicated last night that he would compete in the April 24th primaries in five states, including Pennsylvania, where his campaign hopes a win would be a gateway to a run of May primaries in states where he can capitalize on higher percentages of conservative voters. Fox News contributor Sarah Palin joined Sean live in New York on 'Hannity' to discuss how much longer the GOP nominating process might last. "The numbers show that it's getting closer to the end. The numbers do look like it's going to be Mitt Romney, there will be that coalescing, that unity. And there will be so much enthusiasm," the former Alaska governor told Sean. Obama Blaming Capitalism For Struggling Economy?
"The Anointed One" is playing the blame game yet again. This time, he appears to be pointing the finger at capitalism for America's abysmal economy. On a campaign stop in Maine, he once again attacked Republicans, this time claiming that their economic strategy is not working. Instead he is proposing that the federal government be responsible for pretty much everything. Sean was clearly irritated by Obama's accusation that the nation has been following an economic strategy created by Republicans. "We've tried Obama's plan for three-and-a-half years. It's his policies we've followed and we have $5 trillion of debt and nothing to show for it, Mr. President," Sean vented. Fox News contributor Tucker Carlson and political analyst Kirsten Powers joined Sean on 'Hannity' to share their thoughts on Obama's latest tactic to shift blame away from himself and onto Republicans. Carlson sided with Sean while Powers agreed with Obama's rhetoric. A friendly debate ensued which you c an watch in its entirety by clicking here.

Fed Considering Another Stimulus? - Posted by IndyBec

It's "holding off" at the moment, but I am more than just a little sickened hearing speculators whine about running into market resistance because the US holds off on another costly stimulus!
