Rick Santorum Suspends Campaign
Sean began Tuesday’s show with the breaking news that Senator Rick Santorum has suspended his campaign for President citing concern over his young daughter’s health among other issues. “Senator Santorum was really fascinating today,” began Sean, “He talked about why he got into this race in the first place.” Sean continued, “He talked about individuals he met on the road and I can tell you, from my experience in having the great honor to meet people, it’s really great to hear American’s life stories but it’s sad to know that the real unemployment rate is at 27 million. We can do better.” “I have to understand this situation,” offered Sean,” His daughter Bella is the pride and joy of his life,” explained Hannity, “And Senator Santorum certainly added to the overall discourse.” Senator Santorum’s departure has fueled rumors of Newt Gingrich’s departure howe ver the former speaker has flatly denied that. News reports recently uncovered a $10,000 bounty that was placed on George Zimmerman, the man accused of killing teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida last month. “This is absolutely outrageous,” began Borelli, “We need our black leaders, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, to stand against this dangerous behavior.” “They have called for a non-violent resolution to this issue,” countered Jackson, “Those of us who have the opportunity to be behind the microphone need to be calling for that.” For more on this story, click here.
