Hybrid Metrobusses recalled


Forty-seven new hybrid buses Metro bought last summer are being recalled by the manufacturer because of a "potential electrical short in the battery system," transit officials said Wednesday.

The buses Metro has now are being used in Montgomery County and the District on various routes.
